Leader

I believe everyone is a born leader. However, it is the excuse of circumstances that we use to kill that instinct. It is to keep walking with a smile, in the bliss of optimism, and knowing that the change you want to bring begins in you. A lot of people fail to realize that, and blame the lack of resources instead of cherishing the existence of determination.
The interest fades out before the ideology, and this creates a depression in the belt of generations, which look down upon themselves more than looking up to someone.

Leadership is to know what you’re doing and why, to know that every step towards achievement is achievement in itself, to know that you don’t need followers, but people who walk along, to know that the only time you’d look back is when you’d want to see where you started from. That’s a leader. That’s a person who can be a ray of hope in this state of darkness that overshadows motivation, and eventually, the nation.

Welcome Barack Obama
